What is OneWeb?
OneWeb is a new LEO satellite network that delivers secure, reliable, high-speed Internet service. Its constellation consists of hundreds of satellites in low-earth orbit that communicate with OneWeb’s land stations around the globe. Since satellites in LEO orbit are much closer to the Earth than VSAT satellites, they have lower latency to support faster download speeds.

What is the coverage area for the OneWeb service?
A coverage map is not publicly available on the website because it changes frequently – OneWeb is continuously expanding coverage. Please contact the KVH Sales Team if you have questions about general availability in your region.
How do the two Intellian OneWeb antenna systems, OW10HM and OW11FM, differ from each other?
The compact OW10HM is a half-duplex system, which means it cannot transmit and receive at the same time. This limits the data speeds it can provide to about 30 Mbps/6 Mbps down/up. The enterprise OW11FM full-duplex system can transmit and receive simultaneously, allowing it to support current max speeds of 100 Mbps/20 Mbps down/up.
What are the differences between the CNX-WIFI and CNX-BB below-deck options?
The CNX-WIFI offers wireless access to the device. The simpler CNX-BB provides just a single Ethernet port to connect your vessel’s network. In addition, there is a 450W version of the CNX-WIFI that supports the enterprise OW11FM antenna. The CNX-BB is only compatible with the compact OW10HM.
Where is the OneWeb satellite modem located?
The satellite modem (or SSM) is built into the antenna, and not the below-deck CNX unit.
