This suite of tools is available in any web browser and as an app for both iOS and Android platforms for simple mobile access. It also offers hybrid network controls, detailed data visualizations, insights into data usage, and automatic alerts for usage thresholds, ensuring you stay informed and in command of your network while avoiding unexpected costs.

In the past few months, we’ve introduced exciting new features based on customer requests, adding advanced functionality for seamless control and customization.
Here’s a look at the latest updates to KVH Manager, now better than ever for managing Starlink terminals and service from KVH and our new TracNet Coastal systems.
New Features for Starlink Terminals
- Opt-In/Out of Mobile Priority Overages: Take full control of your data usage by choosing whether to continue priority service or switch to unlimited non-priority access when available.
- Telemetry Data: Dive into detailed telemetry, including vessel speed, location, and connection performance—essential for marine and in-motion systems.
- Geo Track: Access real-time location data.
- Daily Billed Usage Charts: Visualize your data usage for the current and past months with improved daily charts.
- API Integration: The KVH API allows service providers to generate API Keys and create customized user experiences and portals, enabling them to manage branding, support, and customer interactions according to their preferences, along with adding services like routers and configurations. Starlink’s unique KIT numbers are also now visible in the API.
Enhanced Features for TracNet Coastal
- Automatic Wide Area Network (WAN) Switching: TracNet Coastal Pro ensures uninterrupted internet by automatically switching between shore Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and VSAT or LEO terminals which is displayed and managed in KVH Manager.
- Customizable Local Area Network (LAN) and Port Settings: Configure Ethernet ports and LAN Wi-Fi for your unique needs, including setting secure passwords for onboard Wi-Fi access.
- Status Indicators: Color-coded indicators offer a quick visual representation of the system’s operational status.
- Geo Track: Monitor your position and view tracking data to ensure optimal route planning and connectivity.
- Daily Billed Usage Charts: Analyze your daily data usage in clear, intuitive charts.
- Support for Multiple SIMs: Easily manage up to two third-party SIM cards alongside the built-in KVH Fusion eSIM technology for greater flexibility in cellular connectivity (requires TracNet Coastal Pro).
