CSN-certified dealers/distributors have been fully trained by KVH technicians to provide unmatched service & support for KVH's TracVision®, TracPhone®, and TracNet™ technology. They are fully equipped with the parts and tools necessary to carry out comprehensive service in the field or in their service center.

CSN-certified dealers/distributors:

  • provide detailed diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting services;
  • are equipped with the necessary advanced diagnostic systems as well as a complete, on-hand parts inventory;
  • will give priority to KVH support requests and KVH customers; and
  • are certified with KVH through regular training and evaluations to ensure that they meet all quality and performance standards.
